What determines the price
Pallet count and size (or weight and volume — the greater is charged), the two postcodes, next-day or economy, tail-lift or timed delivery, temperature or ADR, and whether the load fills a vehicle. How does UK pallet delivery with SAMJAKE work?
You send pallets, weight, collection postcode, delivery address and date through the form; we reply with a firm price and the delivery day. Collection is by our own vehicles or a partner truck we book, delivery to the door, a booked DC slot or a site, with a signed POD.
Do you offer next-day pallet delivery in the UK?
Yes — next-working-day for pallets collected by early afternoon on most mainland routes, and economy 2–3 day services where speed matters less than price. The quote confirms the date; we do not promise next day blind.
What is the difference between a pallet, a part load and a full load?
One to a few pallets travel on a shared vehicle at a per-pallet price; a part load is a larger consignment sharing the truck with one or two others; a full load is a dedicated vehicle (up to 26 UK pallets or 33 Euro pallets on an artic). We quote the options side by side when they compete.
Do you deliver to residential addresses?
Business addresses are standard. Residential delivery is possible with a tail-lift and kerbside handover — tell us in the request so the right vehicle is sent.
Can you collect anywhere in the UK, not just the Midlands?
Yes. The hub is in Leicestershire, but collections and deliveries run nationwide — Scotland to Cornwall — with the Midlands as the natural consolidation point.
