LTL, groupage and full loads – which one is right for your shipment?
LTL (less than truckload) or groupage means your pallets share a trailer with other customers’ goods and you pay for the space you use – the most economical option from one pallet up to roughly 10–12 pallets. Part load (PTL) is a dedicated section of a trailer, no transhipment, for 10–20 pallets or goods that must not be handled twice. FTL (full truckload) is a dedicated 13.6 m trailer – 26 UK standard pallets (1200 × 1000 mm) or 33 euro pallets, up to 24–26 tonnes payload – loaded and delivered without stops.
UK ↔ Europe lanes and departures
Weekly groupage departures link the UK with Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Poland, Italy, Austria, Czechia, Hungary and the Balkans, with 2–4 working days transit for Western Europe and 4–6 for Central and South-Eastern Europe. Full loads move as booked – same-day or next-day loading across the UK and the Continent.
Customs after Brexit – included
Every UK↔EU movement is an export and an import: we prepare or coordinate the export declaration, the EU import declaration or transit document (T1), the GMR for the Goods Vehicle Movement Service at Dover and Eurotunnel, and the safety and security declarations. You provide the commercial invoice, packing list and EORI numbers; we do the rest and the truck does not wait at the border.

Voor verladers in Nederland en België rijden wij wekelijkse groupage- en deellading-diensten naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk: vanaf één pallet, douaneafhandeling inbegrepen, levering in 2–3 werkdagen. Vraag een offerte aan via het formulier (in het Engels).
