Sending a pallet to Belgium

• From one pallet. Standard UK (120×100 cm), Euro (120×80 cm) and oversize pallets; up to about 1,200 kg per pallet, heavier or non-stackable freight as a part load.
• Business to business. Collection anywhere in Great Britain — tail-lift where there is no forklift — and delivery to the consignee's door, a distribution centre slot or a retailer's booking system.
• What you send us: the commercial invoice and packing list, both EORI numbers and the commodity codes. We prepare the CMR and the customs declarations; duties and VAT are settled DAP or DDP as you choose.
• Part loads and full trucks on the same lane: from a few pallets to 33 Euro pallets / 13.6 m, curtainsider, reefer or ADR.

Customs and documents

Every movement between Great Britain and the EU is an export and an import. We prepare or coordinate the UK export declaration, the EU import declaration or a T1 transit document, the GMR for the Goods Vehicle Movement Service at Dover and Eurotunnel, and the safety and security declarations. You provide the commercial invoice, the packing list and the EORI numbers of both parties; goods of animal or plant origin also need the health or phytosanitary certificate and a border control post on the route.
