What the UK side involves since Brexit
A movement from the EU to Great Britain is an export in your country and an import in the UK. We prepare the UK import declaration, the GMR for the Goods Vehicle Movement Service at Dover, Eurotunnel or the ferry ports, and the safety and security declaration; where the goods need it, we route via a border control post with the health or phytosanitary certificate. You give us the commercial invoice with the origin statement, the packing list and both EORI numbers. Duty and VAT follow your Incoterms — DAP with the consignee paying, or DDP where we act as importer of record.

Can a European company send one pallet to the UK without a UK customs agent?
Yes. Our groupage service from the EU to Great Britain starts at one pallet and includes the UK import declaration, the GMR for the Goods Vehicle Movement Service and the safety and security declaration. You provide the commercial invoice, packing list and EORI numbers; we do the rest.
How long does a pallet take from the Netherlands or Germany to England?
Typically 1–2 working days from the Netherlands and Belgium, 2–4 from Germany, 3–5 from Poland, France and Italy, from collection to delivery, customs cleared. A dedicated van or truck is faster; exact dates come with the quote.
Who pays the UK import VAT and duty?
Whoever the terms say. Under DAP the UK consignee settles VAT and any duty (postponed VAT accounting is possible with a UK VAT number); under DDP the EU shipper pays and we can act as the UK importer of record for you. Most goods of EU origin are duty-free under the Trade and Cooperation Agreement with the right origin statement on the invoice.
Do you deliver to Amazon and retail distribution centres in the UK?
Yes — booked slots at fulfilment centres and retailer DCs, with labelling and pallet requirements checked before departure so the load is not refused at the gate.
Can I ask for a quote in Dutch, German or Polish?
